2 days from Marrakech to Zagora desert

Itinerary & program of

Day 1: Marrakech –High Atlas mountains _ Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate –Agdaz _ Draa Valley – Zagora desert

Departure early at 08:00Am  from your accommodation hotel or riad  in Marrakech across the High Atlas Mountains and over the famous Tizi-n-Tichka (2260m) From these mountains, the views over the valleys and the Berber villages perched on the mountain sides, sometimes barely distinguishable from the mountains themselves, are spectacular. Then we will visit one of the oldest beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco, That is called Ait BenHaddou, a Kasbah of the 11th century recognized by the Unesco.Continue reach Ouarzazate where you stop for lunch. From there you cross another smaller pass, Tizi N’Tnifift, before reaching the head of the Draa Valley at Agdez. You then reach Zagora then the dunes, where you will have a camel ride to get the beauty of the sunset also to take some pictures of Sahara. Dinner will be in the bottoms of the dunes under stars then some local animation and music playing by you camel guides, overnight in traditional nomad’s tents.

DAY 2: ZAGORA - DRAA VALLEY - OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH

You will wake up early in the morning to see the spectacle of the Sunrise over the sand dunes, Breakfast and shower will be at the desert camp, then you ride camels back to catch up the vehicle.
After that, we will drive to Ouarzazate "Hollywood", where we will visit Atlas Studios of cinema and Taourirte Kasbah. Then go on  High Atlas mountains, where we will stay for lunch. At the evening we will be back to Marrakech, drop you back to your Hotel or riad .
